How far is the Campsite from the beach?
The Campsite is at the sea front, right next to the beach
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes. We accept almost all credit cards except American Express and Diners Club. We also have an ATM available 24 hours a day.
Can I have a barbecue?
It is allowed to have a barbecued only with coal barbecue and within your own plot. Open fire is not allowed.
Can I rent a fridge?
Yes, the Campsite ahs a fridge rental service at the Reception. It is not possible to book a fridge before arrival to the Campsite.
Are dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed in the bungalows or in the mobile-homes. Inside the camping area, dogs are allowed provided they do NOT belong to any of the following breeds, considered potentially dangerous: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Bullmastiff, Staffordshire, Doberman, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Mastiff and Presa Canario.
Is there a swimming pool at the campsite?
We have two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. They are open daily from 10 am to 7 pm.
Is there entertainment for adults and for children?
Yes! We have a versatile entertainment team and a wide range of shows during July and August.
MOBIL-HOME/BUNGALOWS
What equipment is to find inside?
All our Bungalows and Mobile-homes have crockery, cutlery, fridge, TV and toilet. The Bungalows also have a shower and air conditioning available during certain times of the day.
Are pets allowed in the Bungalows?
No animals are allowed in the bungalows or in the mobile-homes.
Is bed linen included?
The Bungalows do not have bed linen, towels or dishcloths. However, we have a bed linen rental service (previous reservations required)
Is there a baby cot in the Bungalows?
Yes. Please ask for it at no additional cost upon reservation.
Can I book a specific Bungalow/ Mobile-Home?
No, the Bungalow/Mobile-Home number will be given to you upon arrival.
Can I set up a tent next to the Bungalow?
It is not allowed to set up any tent next to the Bungalows/Mobile-Homes.
Can we be more people staying in a Bungalow than the number of berths it has?
It is not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity of the different types of accommodation.
PLOT
What is the maximum capacity of a plot?
They are for 6 people. You can set up a caravan, or a family tent + a car, or a campervan + (if there is still place) a small tent for children.
If we arrive in two cars, can we park them both at the same plot?
No, only one car is allowed per plot.
Can I book a specific plot?
No, the plot number will be given to you upon arrival.
Can we set up our Bungalow/Mobile-home in one of the plots?
No. It is not allowed to set up any sort of accommodation in our Campsite.

How many A has the power point at the plot?
Our power points have a 5 A socket for plugs with two round pins.
BOOKINGS
How I can book at Campsite Bella Terra?
You can book online at www.campingbellaterra.com, per fax or at the Campsite Reception.
When is the deadline to make a reservation?
The booking period goes from November 15th until March 15th.
How can I confirm my booking?
In order to confirm the booking, it is necessary to make a payment of 30% of the total price. You can do it whether by bank transfer (within 30 days) in which you need to indicate your reference number. Once the Campsite has received the payment, we will contact you per ordinary post, email or fax and confirm your reservation.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Cancelling a reservation 30 days before the foreseen arrival date entitles you to be refunded 80% of the payment you made. If the cancellation takes place 30 days before the foreseen arrival date, no refund will be done.
